Shop Central Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Assistant Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, helping us find the best talent for our growing company. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and progress.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the hiring team.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with ATS software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
