As an ERP Functional Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective ERP solutions. You will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and implementing ERP systems to ensure they meet the unique requirements of each client. Your daily tasks will involve analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing tailored solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and understand client business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Configure, customize, and implement ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics 365, and NetSuite) to meet client requirements.
• Develop and deliver training sessions to educate clients on the use of ERP systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth system operation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems with other business applications.
• Stay updated with the latest ERP trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve your consulting skills.
• Document all processes, configurations, and implementations for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Present findings, recommendations, and solutions to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP functional consulting, preferably with SAP, Dynamics 365, and NetSuite.
• Certifications in ERP systems such as SAP Certified Application Associate - Financial Accounting or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certified Solution Architect are a plus.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
