Cloud Point Jaya is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Mempawah. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely, providing flexibility and balance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel consumption, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods and personnel.,Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.,Monitor and optimize fuel consumption and vehicle utilization to reduce costs and improve efficiency.,Conduct regular inspections and audits of the fleet to identify and address any issues or areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Collaborate with the procurement team to source and negotiate contracts for fleet services and equipment.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
