📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports and records for management review.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of operational projects and initiatives.
  • Provide support to the operations manager in achieving operational goals and targets.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the operations or logistics field.
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
