Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintaining a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.,Analyzing recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Building and maintaining positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.,Proven track record of successful hiring and onboarding.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
