Toko Gilang Digital is looking for a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and supporting the team in achieving company goals. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Assist in the implementation of operational procedures and protocols.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Assist in the organization and planning of operational activities.,Support the team in resolving operational issues and challenges.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operational activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Basic understanding of supply chain processes is a plus.
