📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the section to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Managing and mentoring a team of employees to achieve departmental goals.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.,Collaborating with other departments to align efforts and achieve organizational objectives.,Representing the company at internal and external meetings as needed.,Identifying and addressing operational challenges to maintain high standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR management and compliance regulations.,Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
