📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a pharmaceutical or related industry.,Proven track record of managing HR functions and driving organizational success.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
