📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and schedule engaging social media content for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess the performance of our campaigns and make data-driven decisions.,Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies that align with our business goals.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our content is relevant and engaging.,Manage and grow our social media following by implementing targeted advertising and influencer partnerships.,Create and manage our social media calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.,Report on the performance of our social media campaigns to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a related role.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.,Proficient in using social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Strong creative skills with a good eye for design and a keen understanding of visual storytelling.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML is a plus.
