We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervising Probation Officer to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and supervise probation officers to ensure effective case management and adherence to probation policies and procedures.,Conduct regular case reviews to monitor the progress of individuals under supervision and provide necessary support and guidance.,Develop and implement probation plans tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each individual.,Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, social service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support for individuals under supervision.,Provide training and mentorship to probation officers to enhance their skills and knowledge in probation services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all cases and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.,Collaborate with community organizations and local authorities to promote community reintegration and reduce recidivism.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies and initiatives to improve probation services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in probation services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws, regulations, and probation policies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with case management software and data analysis tools.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Commitment to the principles of rehabilitation and reintegration.
