Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all inventory is accurately recorded, stored, and distributed.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Ensure that all safety and quality standards are met, and that all warehouse staff are fully trained and compliant with all regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for new stock as needed, ensuring that the warehouse is always fully stocked.,Work closely with other departments to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.,Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.,Ensure that all warehouse equipment is in good working order and that all maintenance and repairs are carried out promptly and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, logistics, or supply chain management.,A minimum of 5 years' experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing a team of warehouse staff and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and control systems, as well as experience in using warehouse management software.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with other departments and stakeholders.,A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
