Cemerlang Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Assistant Purchasing Staff to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our purchasing processes. You will be responsible for assisting in the procurement of goods and services, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement of goods and services by creating purchase orders, tracking orders, and managing inventory.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchasing activities.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place reorder requests as needed.,Assist in the negotiation of contracts and pricing with suppliers.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide support to the Purchasing Manager in any other duties as required.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
