In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Tutor in delivering high-quality education and mentorship to our students. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Tutor in planning and implementing lesson plans and curricula.,Conduct classes and provide individual or group instruction to students.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes.,Organize and facilitate extracurricular activities and events.,Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.,Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.,Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs and initiatives.,Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian education system and curriculum.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.,Valid teaching certification or license (preferred but not required).,Experience in working with diverse student populations is a plus.
