PT Cempaka Tirta is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a proven track record of successfully managing a fleet. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our vehicles, which are essential to our business operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking vehicle usage, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.,Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including fuel management, vehicle inspections, and driver assignments.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely and efficient vehicle usage.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including fuel consumption, vehicle downtime, and safety incidents.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding vehicle operation and maintenance.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.,Train and supervise drivers to ensure they are knowledgeable and competent in their roles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
