📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring efficient and safe operation.,Maintain all necessary documentation for the fleet, including maintenance records, insurance, and registration.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely and cost-effective service.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Conduct regular safety inspections of the fleet, ensuring all vehicles meet safety standards.,Coordinate with drivers and other relevant departments to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Provide support and guidance to drivers, ensuring they are aware of company policies and procedures.,Maintain communication with service providers and vendors, ensuring timely and quality service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Valid driver's license and knowledge of vehicle maintenance.,Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards.
