As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring of vehicles.,Ensure all vehicles are maintained and serviced according to company standards and regulations.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost, and implement strategies to improve efficiency.,Oversee the driver training and safety programs to ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to fleet operations.,Prepare and maintain accurate records of fleet operations and performance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fleet operations with overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations is a plus.
