📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and provide excellent customer service.,Handle check-in and check-out procedures.,Manage front desk operations and maintain accurate records.,Assist with reservations and room assignments.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints.,Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized.,Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments as needed.,Maintain confidentiality and security protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with computer systems and software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Fluent in Indonesian, with English as an advantage.,Professional and friendly demeanor.
