Sehati Bimo Bakery is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources department and ensuring the well-being and productivity of our employees. This is an immediate opening, so we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive work environment and compliance with company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to help them improve their performance.,Manage the recruitment process, from advertising job openings to interviewing and hiring candidates.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Work with management to understand business needs and ensure that the HR department supports the company's goals.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and advise management on any changes that may affect the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or food industry environment.,Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
