📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process payments and refunds accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions,Assist in the management of the cash register and petty cash,Handle insurance claims and co-pays as needed,Assist in the preparation of financial reports and reconciliations,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred but not required,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Basic knowledge of financial transactions and records,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with basic computer software and hardware,Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds as needed
