📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and service.,Coordinate with event planners, catering staff, and other departments to ensure smooth event operations.,Manage a team of banquet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor banquet inventory and ensure timely restocking to maintain high service levels.,Prepare and present banquet reports and other relevant documentation to management.,Participate in training and development activities for banquet staff to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in banquet operations, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing banquet events and teams.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse range of people.,Familiarity with banquet software and tools, as well as relevant industry standards and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English languages.
