📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.,Lead and mentor HR team members.,Conduct employee training and development programs.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts.,Collaborate with senior management to address HR-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successfully managing HR operations and teams.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Certification in HR management or related field is a plus.
