📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee and optimize supply chain operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to customers
Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain performance and reduce costs
Manage and coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate and up-to-date records
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
Analyze and report on supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Lead and mentor a team of supply chain staff to ensure high performance and productivity

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry
Strong knowledge of supply chain software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
Proven track record of achieving supply chain objectives and improving supply chain performance
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
