📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a team of 15-20 therapists, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement spa programs and treatments, incorporating traditional Balinese techniques and modern wellness trends.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and hygienic spa environment.
• Coordinate with the hotel’s front office and other departments to manage guest reservations and special requests.
• Monitor and analyze spa performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and enhance guest experiences.
• Collaborate with the hotel’s marketing team to promote spa services and attract new guests.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in luxury spa management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in spa management, preferably in a luxury or 5-star setting.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a spa team.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, including traditional Balinese therapies and modern wellness techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and guests.
• Proficiency in using spa management software such as OpenSpa or similar systems.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR.
