📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Conduct job analyses to understand the needs of each position.
  • Create and manage job postings across various platforms.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their fit for the role.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide feedback on candidates.
  • Maintain a strong network with potential candidates and industry professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and company policies.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the local job market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.
