In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support our company's growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and a passion for building strong teams.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality pool of candidates.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring decisions based on company needs and candidate qualifications.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.,Maintain a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiation and onboarding.,Build and maintain relationships with potential job candidates and industry contacts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
