JR Life Sciences is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Key Account Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our e-commerce business in Bali, Indonesia. In this remote role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, developing strategic plans, and ensuring the success of our e-commerce initiatives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive e-commerce growth and increase market share.,Manage and maintain key client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both domestically and internationally.,Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of e-commerce projects.,Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on the status and progress of key accounts.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and regulatory bodies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Key Account Management or similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or life sciences industry.,Proven track record of success in managing key client relationships and driving business growth.,Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
