📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all facilities, equipment, and systems.
• Identify and resolve any issues or breakdowns that may arise.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Conduct inspections and testing to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Train and mentor junior technicians.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve and optimize maintenance processes.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, tools, and equipment.
• Familiarity with relevant safety and quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
