📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.,Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.,Stay up-to-date with educational trends, best practices, and relevant technologies to enhance the learning experience.,Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement school-wide initiatives and programs.,Attend professional development opportunities and workshops to continuously improve teaching skills.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject area, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a formal or informal educational setting.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and educational standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.,Valid teaching certification or license, if required.
