📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and executing daily menus.,Oversee the kitchen operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.,Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Collaborate with the kitchen team to resolve issues and improve processes.,Adhere to health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven culinary skills and knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
