📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.
• Manage and optimize the branch's online presence and digital platforms.
• Lead market research and customer insights initiatives to inform marketing decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing marketing teams and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint) is a plus.
• Familiarity with financial services and the banking industry is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
