In this role, you will be responsible for handling high-profile bookings, coordinating with our dedicated team of concierges and housekeeping staff to ensure flawless guest experiences. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the reservation process using RMS (Revenue Management System) and CRS (Central Reservation System) to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Provide exceptional customer service by proactively addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
• Coordinate with the concierge, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor market trends and competitive pricing to maintain a competitive edge in the luxury hospitality sector.
• Train and mentor junior staff to uphold the Gold Standards of The Ritz-Carlton.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Ensure all reservations are accurately documented and reported in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve the reservation process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with a strong background in reservations and revenue management.
• Certification in CLIA (Certified Lodging Investment Analyst) or equivalent industry-recognized certification.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and service targets in a luxury setting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with RMS (Revenue Management System) and CRS (Central Reservation System) is a plus.
