As a Mobile Phone Technician at Geta Phone, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various brands and models of smartphones, including Samsung, Apple, Xiaomi, and others. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, and accessories.
• Perform hardware and software troubleshooting, including battery replacement, screen repair, and component replacement.
• Use specialized tools and software such as iFixit, Uphone, and other brand-specific repair tools to accurately diagnose and fix issues.
• Maintain and update repair manuals and knowledge base for future reference.
• Provide excellent customer service, explaining repair processes and costs clearly and professionally.
• Stay updated with the latest mobile technologies and repair techniques through continuous learning and training.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and high-quality repair services.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards to ensure a safe and reliable repair process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile phone repair, preferably in a service center or retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of various mobile brands and models, including Samsung, Apple, Xiaomi, and others.
• Familiarity with repair tools and software such as iFixit, Uphone, and other brand-specific repair tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest mobile technologies.
• Valid certification in mobile phone repair is a plus.
