Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue and growth for assigned artists.
• Negotiate high-impact deals with industry partners, including record labels, event organizers, and media outlets.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities and threats.
• Manage artist portfolios, including financial, contractual, and creative aspects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including artists, managers, and industry partners.
• Oversee the execution of marketing and promotional campaigns to support artist releases and tours.
• Analyze financial performance and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and marketing, to ensure seamless operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in music industry business management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successful deal negotiation and business development.
• Strong understanding of financial management and contract law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for financial analysis.
