• Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and alliances.
• Manage and nurture key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions.
• Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our casino and VIP services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development initiatives with overall company goals.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to stay ahead of the curve.
• Report on business development activities and performance metrics to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, with at least 5 years in the luxury hospitality or gaming industry.
• Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth and market expansion.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and data analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional certification in business development or hospitality management is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
