Join Agung Logistics, a leading logistics provider in Indonesia, as a Learning & Development Specialist with a focus on driver training and development. In this dynamic role, you will design, implement, and evaluate training programs to enhance the skills, safety, and efficiency of our drivers. Based in Jakarta Utara, you'll work closely with our fleet management team to ensure our drivers are equipped with the latest industry knowledge and best practices.

As part of our Learning & Development team, you'll have the opportunity to create impactful training programs using tools like Microsoft PowerPoint, Articulate 360, and other e-learning platforms. You'll also collaborate with our drivers to gather insights and feedback, ensuring our training programs meet their needs and exceed expectations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop driver training programs that align with Agung Logistics' safety and operational standards.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for drivers, using a variety of teaching methods and technologies.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in driver training and development.
• Collaborate with fleet managers and other stakeholders to ensure training programs are practical and relevant.
• Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of driver training initiatives.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to drivers, helping them to develop their skills and careers.
• Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive driver performance management system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on driver training or a similar role.
• Certification in instructional design, training and development, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of e-learning platforms and authoring tools, such as Articulate 360, Captivate, or similar.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian road safety regulations and best practices.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
