📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the padel club, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and maintain club facilities, including courts, equipment, and amenities.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain members.
• Organize and promote special events, tournaments, and workshops to enhance member engagement.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality products and services are available.
• Train and mentor staff to ensure they meet the club’s high standards of service and professionalism.
• Monitor and analyze club performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and community organizations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sports facility management, club operations, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of sports industry trends and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for padel and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
