📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Guide prospective students through the application process, providing clear and concise information about our educational programs.
• Offer personalized advice and support to students, helping them make informed decisions about their academic and career paths.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive experience.
• Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and enroll new students.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the admissions team to track the progress of student applications.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a smooth transition for new students into our educational programs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in educational consulting to provide the highest level of service to our students.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to improve the student experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in educational consulting, admissions, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of educational pathways, admission requirements, and the application process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools such as PowerSchool, Blackboard, or Moodle.
